The energy that bounced around in her delicate veins was thrown into the tediousness of hard labor. When the nest was built, distractions ceased and gave birth to a peace that was not peaceful. When she laid her head to rest, it's foundation scratched and poked her, preventing sleep. She molded burdensome materials to create a structure of her own, but she was constantly reminded of their organic forms. It was a well-built nest, but it would forever wane and warp.
